Based on a ‘Grow on Demand’ system, urban chefs can pre-order vegetables from farmers through a webshop for the next season. The project will solve some of the problems that have previously caused difficulties in the cooperation between restaurants and farmers - such as lack of reliability and plannability, fluctuation of quality and quantity of produce. In setting up Symbioo, Agri Kulti has been working together with high-quality urban restaurants, several small-scale farmers and Farm2Fork.
